We will have a closing circle followed by light snacks at the end (feel free to bring something to share)
What to bring:
Please bring a bottle of water
A sarong or towel to wrap up in or sit on
(if you choose to fully undress or to help with excess sweat)
Any clothes you'd like to 'play' with or in
A fun hat! (you newbies will understand about 1/2 way through!
Feel free to experiment with clothing & costumes. We really enjoy it when people do! :)

There is a wide range of music for you to dance to. Come prepared for variety and Tran-scen-DANCE! (& leave any song requests for me)
Location: Yogalife Greenlake Studio is located in the Greenlake neighborhood of Seattle, just one block east of the lake. The Greenlake location features a 1,000 square-foot yoga studio with hardwood floors. On the corner of Woodlawn & NE 72nd St.
