August Artwalk @ Bon Voyage featuring the amazing Lauren Olson!!

It's that time again! August artwalk is upon us! We couldn't be more excited about our august artist Lauren Olson! Join us August 7th from 6-9pm for the opening reception. See you then;) Lauren Olson is a local Seattle artist and former Pratt Institute student (Brooklyn, New York.) She has been painting and showing in Seattle for seven years. Originally, she was a portrait painter and traditional realist, but since leaving school and acquiring her first studio in 619 Western, she has embraced the exploration and creation of lighthearted fantasy oil paintings full of imagination, characters, and vibrant color. Her art provides an escape from reality into a landscape of her own invention. Lauren is inspired by the figure, the sky, and music-specifically, energetic dance music.
