The "United Territories of Pacific Islanders Alliance - Seattle" presents the 5th annual Miss U.T.O.P.I.A. Seattle beauty pageant. Seattle's most anticipated pageant of the year. Join some of the most talented artists along with the current Miss U.T.O.P.I.A. Seattle, Atahsa Manila as she presents "Under the Sea", this year's theme. The pageant will feature contestants competing in extravagant Island fantasy Swim Wear, exciting Talents, glamorous Evening Gowns, and Island Goddess Couture wear; to include show-stopping performances from TIFA I MOANA from Oakland, CA., and FLOWER POWER from American Samoa.
