Michael maneja una amplia gama de casos, incluyendo defensa contra expulsión, asilo, visas de no-inmigrantes, acción diferida para entrada de menores, solicitudes familiares, naturalizaciones, visas U, peticiones VAWA y ajustes de estatus. Michael handles a wide range of cases including removal defense, asylum, non-immigrant visas, deferred action for childhood arrivals, family petitions, naturalizations, U-visas, VAWA claims and adjustment of status. Michael is a first-generation American, a native of the Midwest, and is fluent in Spanish.
