This month at Americana's Capitol Hill art walk: Rio Flowers Rio Flower's work explores the underground, DIY, artist capital hill scene. As more and more artists are forced to live off capital hill we have to create nights to gather together and celebrate each other and our art. Rio's photos capture the in the moment celebration of these happenings. As a viewer you can't help but feel as if you were there in person.
