Hyasynth (Karen O'Branovich)

https://www.mixcloud.com/hyasynth/
Hyasynth (aka Karen O’Branovich) fell in love with records at a young age, and her obsession with music has manifested itself in several forms. A professional dancer and instructor by trade, her sense of rhythm has been called “innate and seemingly effortless,” while her mixing is always precise. Karen began as a DJ in 2000 while living in New York City pursuing her Broadway dreams. She moved to Seattle in 2004 and started an all-female DJ weekly residency at See Sound Lounge called ‘Grace’ with Erin O’Connor-Drew, then gained more exposure to the local scene by booking gigs at major venues in Seattle and Portland. She joined Karl Kamakahi as a member of the De La Crème crew in 2005, which has held several Seattle residencies over the years. Karen played the Bellingham Electronic Music Festival in 2008, and has been a frequent headlining guest at favorite Seattle spots such as Flammable Sundays (Rebar), Train Car House Party, Electric Tea Garden, Q, The Woods, Kremwerk, and Monkey Loft. Hyasynth has released several mixes, opened for legends such as Doc Martin, Colette, Ben Watt, Rick Preston, and Andrew Riley, and is continually inspired by Seattle’s local talent. She is now also a proud member of the Bottom Forty crew, which hosts Bottom Forty Interior 2nd Saturdays at Kremwerk.

Xan Lucero
Flammable / De La Creme / Paradise / WORK!
Recent mixtape for VIVA Recordings
https://www.mixcloud.com/vivarecordings/vadio-027-xan-lucero-flammable-work-seattle/
http://www.mixcloud.com/xanlucero/flashbakkkkk-mixed-byxbl/
Almost 20 years in the DJ booth doesn’t lie, and neither does the dance floor... which is where Xan Lucero has spent the last 2 decades playing House and Techno Music. He has spent over 2 decades traveling America exploring and driving DJ booths and experiencing its dance floors playing a global brand of Underground Dance Music; both on solo adventures as well as with his partner, Atom Bryce as The Control Freeks. Together with Atom and on his own, he has held residencies all around America, created infamous weekly and monthly parties in 6 different states, made raves, run record stores, started disco’s, helped with various record labels and has generally lived his life playing music for people that want to hear it. The man is a true slave to the dance floor and has devoted his life to the Underground culture and feels blessed to be lucky enough to be able to spread love and togetherness via the good beat. He is also an avid believer in flying saucers, frequently chases unicorns, and loves lasers.
Xan has recently relocated back to Seattle, where he originally started DJing 21 years ago and cut his teeth at his first residency at the not so innocent age of 19 and is enjoying a packed schedule of constant studio work, holding down a life changing resident DJ spot for legendary West Coast House Music institution Flammable (running almost 1000 consecutive weekly parties), founded and maintained by his big bother and personal favorite DJ god Brian Lyons, and Seattle House father Wesley Holmes, where he's been welcomed into the 36 year running seminal Seattle state appointed Historical Landmark venue ReBar.
You can catch Xan appearing on a weekly basis at Seattle Underground Dance Music venues, as well as hosting his own monthly and weekly parties, 10 year running (spanning 3 states) QUIVER, BODY LANGUAGE, and PARADISE: The Sunset Sessions, and continues to guest and tour around America.

Jai Soleil
OG De La Crème resident since "Core Underground" ;)
Seattle / San Francisco / Denver
http://www.mixcloud.com/jai-soleil/
Jai Soleil began his life long pursuit of delicious dance beats in Baltimore, MD back in 1992. It was at his first party, Fever, hearing his first track, FSOL's Papua New Guinea, played by Charles Feelgood. So began several years of going to parties as a dancer. A move to Boulder, CO in 1996 saw Jai's move from dancer to DJ.
This is also when Jai and Karl met at an afterparty, and have been brothers since.
Upon the creation of De La Creme, ten years ago, Karl brought Jai up to Seattle to play some shows, and he became one of the OG DLC residents.
Having lived/travelled/played and produced shows all over the world, across twenty years, has made for a diverse selection in music/genres/styles.

Brian K. Spiker
De La Creme Soundsystem
Hailing from San Francisco originally, Spiker became completely engulfed by House music by 1990. Having always dabbled in DJing, House became his musical focus. Deep Soulful harmonies and smooth transitions with thick deep basslines became a trademark. A number of residencies in the Bay Area, his first exposure to Seattle was Superhighway. Shortly after moving to Seattle, You could find him playing regularly at Bohemian, Insomnia, Habanas, Contour, Last Supper Club, Aristocrats etc.
Brian was introduced to Karl at DLCs inception and instantly Karl brought him into the DeLaCreme family which is where he calls home affectionately. Proper ;) A vinyl enthusiast, expect to see an entirely analog set. He doesn’t get out much... Spiker's last time playing the loft it was a hot sweaty mess.
