Kimchi Class Event

Join us as our executive chef, Brandon Kirksey, walks you through different ways to make various types of kimchi and other fermented vegetables. Finish the event with house-brewed makgeolli and a traditional Korean meal with kimchi and tofu soup, grilled sausage with garlic chive kimchi, and chilled buckwheat noodles with bok choy kimchi and fermented lemon prepared by yours truly.
