Speaker Bios:
Kristen Fife is a veteran recruiter in the Seattle area. She has almost 15 years of experience of combined agency and corporate recruiting for companies and organizations such as Comcast, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, UW Medical Center, RealNetworks, Gamehouse, and Volt. Verticals include technology, healthcare, marketing, operations, campus/collegiate, and legal. In addition, she has been a freelance writer for the Seattle Times and UW Continuing Education on employment and recruiting topics.
Rochelle Kruger relocated to Seattle in 1997 and began her HR and Technical Recruiting career at Premera Blue Cross hiring COBOL programmers. She has worked at several remarkable companies across a broad range of industries from healthcare, high tech, publicly traded, non-profit, startups and the fast-paced games industry. Rochelle enjoys the flexibility of being an HR generalist which gives her hands-on experience across the HR spectrum including recruiting, performance management, benefits and compensation analysis, employee relations and HR compliance.
