Northwest Bears Fundraising BBQ 9/04/16 at the Cuff

UPDATE re: FUNDRAISER THIS WEEKEND VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!! We have 3 so far..we NEED 4 more between 4-8pm. PLEASE Consider Volunteering for YOUR club!! Please join the Northwest Bears as we celebrate Labor Day Weekend with this fundraising BBQ sponsored by the Cuff, on Sunday September 4th, from 4pm-8pm. We have been asked by the Cuff to possibly go a bit longer due to Holiday weekend. If you would like to volunteer for a shift, PLEASE let us know in comments section below, AND send me an email @ tjdabear@nwbears.com so we can schedule you in. We need a few folks to help set-up between 3-4pm, then 2-3 folks to help serve burgers, dogs and sides (Potato salad & Baked Beans) and folks to handle $$ Per One (1) hour shifts from 4pm- 8pm 4-5pm 5-6pm 6-7pm 7-8pm, If you want to participate by just showing up and partaking in the BBQ, and supporting one of the longest running Bear clubs in the country( 27 yrs and counting) please come on by and have some tasty food,meet up with your friends, and possibly make new ones.
