This Is Not Manray
Music is really bad, and sound system is ten times worst than the music, service is only OK,and a lot of attitude for no reason from the customers. UPDATE: OK I have to give this place an additional star: I received a message from the owner expressing that the bar is gay owned and addressing my review. That in itself says this is a owner who cares about his business. The fact that he took the time to respond, and was so professional and polite and even concerned says a lot. Check it out.
Finally
A decent replacement for Manray which has been closed for a few years. Good decor, excellent seating, plenty of bar and waitstaff, food, and a good location. The drinks are noticeably weak though, even for a mostly non-drinker, and they really need to get the stale taste out of their soda lines... Still 4 stars for the reasons mentioned.
Perfect for out of towners
Clean and up to date, lots of seating, great service, fun upstairs area to people watch. Best bar experience in Seattle's gayborhood so far.
Casual and Refined
A classy place to meet friends and even grab a bite to eat. Staff is courteous and attentive.
The novelty will wear off.
