Correct web site?

About 10 years ago I went sking out there. Loved doing it for a few days, and other things on vacation. 80's night? Do they still have that, loud sound system? the one used one bought from somthing called a "monistary"? It would vibrate off the walls and you, in a large two story type building. It was scary going into the side? entry, (the only one). Walking out wuld sort of expose you to being mugged? Thank god I did not drink, would be afraid of being mugged! Also they do proudly serve soft drinks!

a really bad sixteen minutes

It's a fairly specific rant, but here's the story of my night at Neighbors. Perhaps local folks will find this on the naive and inconsequential side, but I gotta speak my mind—1:40am enter bar, pay substantial cover for the following; 1:41am see my first and second bar patron get literally pushed out the door by over zealous security; 1:43am get a bartender, to find that I can only buy shots. Buy one shot whiskey, one coke. Drink whisky; 1:45am Pay $2 for coat check, continue drinking coke; 1:50am Get told by security that I need to fork over my coke; 1:50am-1:55am Am literally, as in actually, chased (really, no joke) around the bar (my sarcastic tone pours forth, apparently) until the coke is surrendered, along with my thoughts on the matter; and 1:56am Pushed out the door by overzealous security. Wow, that was great. SKIP!

Cool club.

Neighbors is a cool club. Yes, there are lots of straight people who show up and sometimes attitude, but overall you should have a good time here. Thrusday 80's night is fun, especially for those "over 30". The club really gets humpin' after midnight.

Mostly straight

For a liberal city like seattle Im dis-appointed. This club is right out of the 80's. Trashy front facing broadway, gross alley entrance, light show is well operated but could use updating, bubble tv screens. Come on have some pride, quit hording your profits and give back to the gay community
